Your VIP discount applies only to eligible product pricing, up to the amount of your prepaid VIP balance. Shipping, taxes, duties, and third-party fees can still be paid with your credits, but these charges are not discounted.
Prepaid Wayo VIP balances are generally non-refundable, since partnership pricing, operational support, and VIP benefits are structured around committed future spend.
