- Storage fees are based on the space each item occupies in our warehouse.
- Final pricing varies depending on the item’s size and packaging.
Pick and pack
Full carton shipments
- Applicable when full cartons are shipped to our warehouse and then sent out directly without opening.
- If cartons need to be opened, recounted, or handled, standard per-item pick & pack rates apply (see standard orders“Direct shipments to individuals”).
- Additional fees apply for cartons > 30 lbs.
Direct shipment to individuals
- Applicable for orders ≤ 10 lbs
- Additional fees apply for items >10 lbs
- Packaging material fees are excluded from this rate.

+ $0.50 / additional item in the same order

+ $1.50 / additional item in the same order

Inbound handling
Event drop off / pick up
Only offered at eligible conferences and events.
- Small box (<10 lbs): $10 / box
- Medium box (10-20 lbs): $25 / box
- Large box (20-40 lbs): $40 / box
- X-Large box (40 lb+): $50/box
